Hey all! My name is Sara. I'm from upstate New York. I've recently started dieting but it didn't last long. Maybe 3 weeks until I gave up on it. I tried eating healthier and lost 6 pounds. I kept it up. Had a couple sweets once in a while. Not nearly as much as I used to. But gained a bit of that weight back. I gave up completely after that. I bought the weight loss aid pills Alli. I haven't tried them because I have no idea if I can do the diet it says I have to do in the instructions.

So I guess I'm here to learn. Get advice and support from people. Maybe I'm not the only one who is struggling so much with depression. I'm hoping to learn from people who also have polycystic ovarian syndrome who have successfully kept weight off.
