Trying Again

  • Hi all,

I come here with a heavy heart at the heaviest weight I've been in many years. In the past year I've gained 30 pounds. I've recently moved from a lovely place where I had many friends and a wonderful life to a not-so-awesome part of the country. I've had a hard time connecting, and now I'm just stuck in a rut of weight gain.

I joined a gym, but I hardly ever go. So, finally, I've joined weight watchers. I'm hoping weekly meetings plus a plan plus a gym membership (that I hope to force myself to use!) will help me. I look forward to getting to know you all here, and hopefully losing some weight.
  • Welcome to the forums! Everyone here is super helpful and supportive, so poke around when you can! Stick to the plan, I'm sure you can do it
  • Thank you both for the warm welcome. And VeggieMinded, thank you for the advice.
  • Well the good thing is that you joined a gym and you need to start going to your weight watcher meetings they care about you and want to help you. But I hope you drop these 30lbs quickly you need to try the elliptical machines I love them before my membership expired I use to workout on that machine for 30 minutes I would bring my music and just exercise and burn up calories. I'm currently 158.8lbs and I want to get back to weighing 132 but I was going to try diet pills but I said that is not the answer just go straight to diet pills I'm going to start protein shakes

But you have us for support
