New to the Forums!
Hey everyone!
I've been a lurker here for a little while, but I've been on a plateau for quite some time and thought that this might help with some accountability. I have changed some of my habits, happily go to the gym, but still struggle with emotional eating. I'm looking forward to making some good connections here! |

cornucopiaoflove, I did the same thing. Whenever I was down or wanted to look up something about weight loss, I found myself coming back to this site. I finally joined, but I still find myself lurking, particularly in the Featherweights and South Beach forums.

Try good foods for emotional eating
Keep bad foods out of your house. If you tend to emotional eat, eat on good stuff like fruits, veggies, eggs, or beef jerky. Those are great snack options.
