My name is Sam and I'm living a pretty sedentary life ATM. Trying to fix that and maybe lose a bit of my excess weight in the process! I'm looking forward to this fitness journey

Does anyone else follow the Blogilates calendars? I've done them on and off but haven't stuck with it so far. Going to try this month!

My name is also SAM and I'm new here. I just did my intro. Your name caught my eye because Vermont is our dream state to live in and we're trying to move out there within the next few months. We currently live in Michigan and just moved here from NYC.

Hey there! I also just joined, and I'm from New Hampshire, right next to the Vermont border.

I also do IT and to top it off, I work from home. First month I started, I gained 15 lbs! Definitely also trying to kick the sedentary lifestyle.
