Starting over
 

Hi, my name is Heather and I am a 33 year old married stay at home mom to two little girls from California. I am nearly 300 lbs and am depressed and miserable. I started exercising around Christmas time and started counting calories the beginning of the year but then I stopped and gained even more. My husband has lost 100 lbs over the last 2 years but still needs to lose more, as he is still over 300lbs. We both are starting our diets again on Monday and hope to stick with it this time because I am the biggest I've ever been and I hate it. Thanks for listening.
