Back again after a couple years and re-gain~
 
Well, here I am back again and determined not to give up this time!
I worked so hard for the almost 40lbs I lost last time and I am very disappointed with myself for allowing my regression with the wonderful progress I was making towards my end goal.
I will use this disappointment as motivation and as a reminder that being healthy and achieving goals is a minute by minute choice and we can either sabotage ourselves and our progress or we can do the best we can to make the right choices necessary to accomplish anything we set out to do!
Now with that being said...I am going to get off this computer and go do something productive that is good for me!:exercise:

You seem to have a great attitude. You can do this!! I'm also working to relose weight I gained back (35 of the 50 I lost), and it stinks.

You are in the exact same situation I am. In the last 5 years I went from 290 to 260 then up to 310
310 to 290 then up to 330
330 to 290 then a couple of weeks ago I was 360 :/

Point is: These things happen, let's focus on what will be different this time that will make it work.

I'm back and restarting.... hopefully for the last time. This time I would like to make some new friends and use the support that everyone says is the key.. So here is to a new beginning. :)

I regained over the holidays. I am trying to get back down to 135. I am new to this site. I need to kick up my exercise and cut back my calories. I did great today. Yesterday - not so great. It has been so hard to get back down and maintain where I want to be.
