Hey, y'all! I'm new to 3FC and looking for A LOT of support because I'm going to need it for these 90 pounds that I HAVE to lose! I stumbled upon a picture on my husband's phone that he secretly took of me and could not believe my eyes! I'm huge! I'm so embarrassed to go out in public, and I live in HAWAII, paradise that I should be enjoying! I have tried multiple times to lose weight, but gave up way too easy. I have no willpower, and I'm a junkie for sweets and fast food! But no more! I want to be better for my husband, my daughter, and ESPECIALLY myself! I plan on making a weekly meal plan, eating healthier, drinking my daily amount of water, keeping a food log, counting calories, and exercising. Let's motivate each other!
