Hi - I'm new to this forum so I wanted to introduce myself. I am 38 yrs old and I have just recently started my weight loss journey. My goal is to loss 100 pounds. So far I am down 15.6 pounds since starting 2 and half weeks ago. I have not joined any diet program specifically but I am following my own sort of version of the Dr. Bernstein diet. I have been overweight pretty much my whole life and I'm sick of it! I want to go to the mall and buy clothes at any store my heart desires. I don't want to visit specialty stores to find bra's anymore. I know I have a long journey ahead of me so I am hoping I can find some support and encouragement on here.
