Just wanted to say hi to everybody..I have started my weight loss journey on Jan 13th...I started out at 330.8..today's weight in was 320.4...I think I'm off to a great start....I look forward to learning about everyone and their journey...good luck everyone!!! :D

I am new on this site too. Good luck with your new journey. I have about 20lbs to lose and I am hoping someone here can help motivate me to pass this plateau.

Welcome Love!! I actually fully committed and started my weight loss journey on January the 13th as well ! What a coincidence!!
Welcome also Mike! You guys will find plenty of motivation here to lose weight, especially checking the goals pages etc. I also find just chatting and reading through the other posts of people who are also on this weight loss trip pretty motivating as it makes me remember that nobody is alone in this battle.
Keep up the great work guys n hope to see u around on the forums :)
