Hello all,

Thanks for allowing me to join this forum. I stumbled upon it while researching Victoza.

Bit about me; located in Central Ontario Canada (land of snow and freezing our bits off) ! Married with two teenage girls...love'em most days.

I had a hysterectomy about 8 years ago and a year afterwards, I was diagnosed with PCOS. Put on metformin and lost quite a bit of weight. Decided to stop it...fast forward to January 2014 gained back the weight that I had lost and then some. Was diagnosed pre-diabetic, anxiety - panic disorder and depression.

Put back on metformin and depression meds...gained more weight. Doctor decided to put me on Victoza last December...since then I have lost 15 lbs, stopped taking depression meds and back on metformin 500mg X 4. Feeling much better and happier.

I will post more in the proper forum on that.

Looking forward to chatting with other ladies that have PCOS etc and successfully lost weight.
