I actually joined: quite a while ago and never got into posting. I just started 21 day fix 5 days ago and I'm feeling and seeing a difference. I have been overweight most of my life. I dropped 60 to 70 pounds in high school using crash diets and weight strength training. When I got into college I gained it all back + 75 pounds. I have been married almost 7 years my husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for 8. I have been diagnosed with PCOS. I'm feeling highly motivated with this new program. My first mini goal is to get below 200. My ultimate goal is to be between 135 and 140. I have a long way to go.
