When I searched the web for information about IP, I often found myself on this forum. So many people had such inspirational stories and before and after pictures. I just started yesterday and figured that I would join 3FC for support and comrade rid. I hope that one day my journey will inspire someone the way that so many of you ladies have already inspired me. Happy New Year everyone!

Welcome! There is a lot of support for IP here at 3fc! I follow South Beach diet and I post at that forum here every day. It really helps me stay focused. Best wishes!
