Sexy Mama-almost!
Hey I'm a single mommy of 5. Work full time and school full time. I am a sexy BBW now I just wanna be a sexy mama. Lol. I need some help from you ladies. I have been going to the gym for the last couple weeks and weighed myself. I noticed I lost 4lbs. Yay me! So now I want to really keep it going. I want to set a goal and reach it! I've never told people how much I weigh so I feel like this is a safe place to tell you all and see if you can help hold me accountable ??? Please !
I'm open to learning how this site works? How to make it work for me? Providing support as well as receiving support. I'm green to this weight loss life as I was always happy with my chubby self. Now I have diabetes and HBP. I have to get on my grind. My youngest are twins that are five, I have no excuse. Help me deliver this fat baby, been carrying it for 5years now!!! So that's my intro! |
Welcome! Look through the forum and find some groups that interest you. There are age-based exercise-based diet based...and much more. Posting every day someplace really helps me! Best wishes!

I've always felt like forums were very safe since they unite people with the same interest and trolls or other unhelpful negativity tends to be banned pretty quickly. Hopefully, you'll share the same opinion soon! Maybe find some groups that interest you? In my case, I've got the twenties group and the nutrition forums since I really need to educate myself on that. Well there's always people here for motivation and help, I'm pretty sure you can count on that! Good luck! |
Thank you !! I am looking around at the groups. I'm new to this and want to make sure I'm doing it right. Do I just hop in? Or what. I feel a little loss. Is there a thread that breaks down how to get those signatures on your post and add pictures ? Sorry for the questions, but it's a lot on this site.
