Happy New Year, hoping for a New Me.

I have been struggling with weight most of my life. No need to explain the issues. 7 years ago, I changed my life to get healthy, went from 238 to 112. That was a size 22 to a size 4.
The last year or so, I have been self indulgent, now up near 140.
Problem is I tossed everything bigger than a size 6. Now a 12. Very little fits and I don't feel like shopping.
I read about Ideal Protein, thought I'd give it a try. I will try it by substituting Unjury protein products. 20 lbs can turn into 120, and I'm scared.
Looking to give and get some moral support here.
A lot of the issue has been going back to standard supermarket fare, I think. The food might be making me hungrier. Before, I was very strict about home-grown or privately grown food. I think it made a difference.

Wow, congrats on your initial weight loss! That's incredible! And I agree with Jemcl taking control is the only way to turn things around. Ignoring the problem is how it grows out of control! Good luck and thanks for sharing :)
