I have three very very very good friends who really want and need to lose weight so I have shared with them the site and my username. Casual friends, family, anyone else no.

Ive been here almost 6 years now and have a really wonderful group of cyber friends. It's been so helpful for me to have a forum where I could say what I need to say without any type of judgment from those who are close to me.
