Hey Y'all I'm back,,, again
 

Hi guys,,

Well it's that time of year isn't when we promise ourselves that the new year we will lose the weight,,

Y'all I just have to,, gosh I have watched the weight creep up and up and I keep saying on Monday I'll start my diet and by Wednesday it's over and again I 'll say well on the first of the month,, well after my birthday,, well right after the holidays,, when does it stop!!!

I am here again and praying to God that this New Year it will be different, and I won't quit on myself. :?:
