New to the group
Hello All,
My name is Chrissy J. I'm new to the group. I started SBD three weeks ago. After the first phase I lost 8lbs. I just started phase 2. I'm kinda nervous and was thinking maybe I should try and stay on phase 1 a bit longer. I feel go, but was hoping to lose more, bc my eating habits have changed drastically. Any thoughts about continuing phase 1? I'm excited to be part of this great forum ;) |

I don't know much about the South Beach Diet (I assume that's SBD). But hopefully it turns out to be a good choice for you in the long run. :) I think it has its own section of the forum here so you can likely find some great support there, regarding phases and stuff. Mind you, you should participate wherever you like. :) This is a great place for general support, whether it be emotional, or figuring out what to eat, and so on. Keep up the great work and hope to see you around the forums! |
