Hello to all,

I was a member a long time ago and this site really helped me. I lost all the weight I wanted and kept it off for a long time. Thank you again for your support. Now I have put some weight back on and having a hard time getting back on track and need your help again. I can't remember where I downloaded the points tracker to use on a daily basis. I remember it helped me a great deal. I am looking forward to chatting with you all once again.:carrot:

Hi,
I'm returning, too...after a long hiatus. Many diets and such since then. Lost 60lbs about 20 years ago but have regained plus since then. Now a pre-diabetic, back issues, etc...not getting any younger but now that I'm older the health impact is greater.

So, I make a commitment to stick this time. You, too?
