Hi all
I've been on and off 3fc for the past year. My health has really deteriorated. I've lost about 30 pounds this year due to being ill. Not exactly how I wanted to drop the pounds. I'm starting to feel better physically. I hope this winter doesn't take me down like last year.
I've been doing Piyo after work with coworkers. I really like it but there's a lot of to be done on the floor and I'm really not able to do it. I think I'll be headed back to the gym in the next week or so. That seems to work better for me.
So, here's to hoping I lose another 30 pounds, and this way the healthy way.
