Hi! I just started Medifast on 11/11/14. My starting weight is 172 pounds, and my goal is approximately 130. We'll see how I feel. I am 52 years young. I am divorced with a son who is 22. I am an eighth grade English teacher (yes, I'm crazy). I am into music, movies, travel, Alaska, Las Vegas, NFL, Fantasy Football, amusement parks, and doing things with my son. I hope to give and get lots of support. I look forward to knowing you. :)
