Returing to forum after pregnancy
 

Hello all I just wanted to introduce myself again. I have been gone for at least 9 months. I got pregnant shortly after beginning my weight loss. I am now 4 weeks postpartum and jumping on the weight loss wagon again. When I went to my first dr. Appt I weighed in at 206 and on delivery day I was 233. I am now 211 so I still have some baby weight to get rid of plus lots more. Hope to make some buddies I am still not doing any exercise since I haven't gotten the green light from my doctor.
