Hi everyone! *Wave*
Shy girl here who has had trouble resisting her old ways of dealing with stress (emotional eating). I felt on top of the world last year after having lost 65 lbs, but now I've gained more than half of it back :( !
I've recently left my family and moved to a new town where I only know one person, my roommate. I am currently looking for a job, which will be the first job I have ever taken on which didn't involve working for my own family, haha. :eek: Until now, I've gone through the triumphs and the setbacks of self-improvement by myself and it gets pretty lonely! I've realized that I would really love to be part of a community where I can share my journey, get motivation from others and make some new friends as well! :D Nice to meet you all and see you on the forums! ;) |
Hi Nyan! Welcome to the forums! Having your weight yo-yo seems to be very common on a weight loss journey. I swear I've lost the same ten pounds three or four times since I've started losing weight. lol. I can understand the stress of moving to a new place and looking for a job. That was me last year when I transferred colleges.Everything gets a lot better once you settle in. :) Good luck with your weight loss! This is a great place to find motivation.
