Hi I am new in this forum!!I have got to lose 10kgs !!! Dont really know what diet to follow!!any suggestions?

Hi! welcome to the forum! I would suggest the weight watchers program. It's very simple and can be done completely at home. I just bought the books a while back and I've lost all of my weight so far on the program. I like that it teaches you realistic eating habits that are sustainable when you've reached your goal weight.
