3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

Ready or not here I come! Here I sit at 260. How did I get here? I lost about 100 pounds a few years ago and now whamo here I am again plus some. Need so badly to work out. started taking lipo 6 hers from gnc. also about to purchase some vitamins for weightloss, to curve cravings, and most importantly to give me some energy so i can actually work out! i have the slim in 6 series and it worked great several years ago but just cannot find the motivation to get up 30 min early to work out. i've already blown it today by eating chic fil a. gonna try for a walk tonight....no matter how short and stop all sugar tomorrow (vitamins i'm gonna get are supposed to help with that) did i mention that i've done this before? did i mention that i'm an addict and alcoholic in recovery? i know what it's like to quit cold turkey. i cannot eat junk...any. just like drugs/alcohol for me. once i start i cannot quit. did this several years ago and stuck to it for years. then i relapsed (on alcohol) then came the sweets and now here i sit at 260.

sigh....so ready to start losing. i'll take a few pounds even

i wrote my weight in dry erase marker on my bathroom mirror then a small obtainable goal too so maybe that will motivate me
