Hi!
So I'm kind of new here and needing lots of motivation!! I'm excited to meet some new people!
I'm aiming to first lose my baby weight (23 lbs as of today). That is my main goal! BUT after that I would like to lose another 10 lbs to get back in top shape. Along the way I'm trying to get back into my runner's frame of mind. I MISS being able to run 10+ miles a day! I plan to get my mile back down to at least a 7 minute mile. I was doing a 5 minute mile at my best, but come on...a 25 year old ex runner with knee problems...that's not gonna happen lol. Also, is there a section for weight loss journals?? |
