Hi There!

I am sort of new here. At a time I would read the forums to keep me motivated and did manage to lose about 60lbs! But now it is creeping back and I have gained about half of that back. :(

So it is time to get motivated again and I look forward to being part of the discussions here. Thanks for having me!
