What's Slimming World?

Slimming World is a programme where you meet up in a group once a week and follow healthy eating and exercise, I'm going there tomorrow to sign up and they will brief me on the plan and give me materials to help me.

Once I know more solidly the rules I can come back and update you :)

I'm a fellow Brit here and have a few of the Slimming World recipe books back home in England - they have some really tasty and lovely recipes which is awesome, I think you will enjoy the wide variety!
