Hey guys!

This is my first time using this site. My wife had used it a lot a while back but we both fell off track & are now jump starting into a new mindset & I figured I'd give this a shot.

A little info about me, I'm 21, married, & have 3 month old baby boy and I love the way my life has turned out.

I used to be as low as 170 lbs back in high school but somewhere down the line I just sort of gave up & stopped caring because the work & effort it took to stay healthy was just too much for me & was causing me to get stressed. However, I'm in a different mindset this go around & I am determined to get back down to 170 lbs.

I hope you guys will encourage me to stick with it & don't give up because that was something I lacked very much.
