New on the site

Hello...I'm Rhonda. Live in California. My weight loss plan is using the South Beach plan. I was very successful in the past, but did not truly have my head in the place that it really needed to be in order for food to not be my comforter.

I'm really hoping to find some support and meet new people.

Hi Rhonda! I'm new as well, and looking for support and new friends. I have seen people who are very successful with South Beach. But you are right, they had to be in the right place for it to really work for them.
