I'm new and not sure where to start.

My name is Becky and I've just found this site. I'm not sure if there's a newbie section and if I'm in the right place. Is there a place to go for people starting now? Does it matter what diet we are trying? I've just joined (probably for the 20th time) WW. I've got to start somewhere.. Heading the wrong direction and need to turn it around!

You are in the right spot for first timers and introductions are a great way to go. There are plenty of people on here that do W.W. So you'll find good company.

You can also join the many challenge threads (such as who can lose 5lbs the fastest) and others. Most people are completely welcoming in whatever thread you decide to join.

Just browse around and you'll find the spot that's right for you.
