That's such a scary thought, but I've finally looked in the mirror and realized the truth. Not only do my clothes not fit but I don't feel like myself. I'm taking the first steps today to get back to Adrienne!

- set up an excel tracker on my desktop
- started using the Richard Simmons food mover
- bought a portion-control bento lunch box
-bought a portion control plate and serving utensils for at home
-starting a 12 week nutrition and weight loss program in 2 weeks! (will walk w/ jog stroller until then)
-bought the same tools for my family (up to them to use them though)
I've had success with Nutrisystem and Ideal Protein in the past but I don't want to do that again (not my favorite foods, plus I want to change my lifestyle not just diet and gain back).
I like to cook but turn to convenience when rushed. I have a 2 year old and travel for work quite a bit. I'm also a vegetarian so some diets don't always have the greatest choices for me.
I'd like to loose 60 pounds not only for how that would make me feel and look but for my health - have insulin resistance.
