YAY I'm back and UGH! I'm back
 

Well, it's been 4 years since my first go 'round. Lost 90 lbs in 11 weeks. As soon as I got to my goal weight the office I was using stopped selling IP and would no longer "coach" me, so I was left to my own defenses. Countless pints of Ben & Jerry's later, here I am. It took 4 years to gain back 65 lbs, but it happened. I recently moved to Rhode Island and I think I've found a great coach and I'm being given way more information than I had been given previously. I'm hopeful that I can see the entire process through to the end!
