Starting all over again
 

Hi everyone!

After losing 94 lbs the first round, I gained 55 lbs of it back in less than a year. I had a lot of stress due to various problems I was dealing with which will either make me eat non stop or not at all. Sadly, it was non stop this round. Things are a bit better but not quite there. I decided at this point I can't let what goes on in my life affect my health.

sooo Hear I am, back yet again !

I am not sad or disappointed I got to this point, I remember from last time what weight I was when I actually looked thin, so it looks like I need to lose 30 lbs to get to my first goal weight.

So today is day number 1

So anyway, good luck to everyone who is starting or on their journey and congrats to those who have met their goal. See you all at the finish line!
