New: starting Medifast tomorrow

Hi!
I'm a 54 year old mother of four. I teach middle school and I am ready to work on losing some weight.
My daughter gets married on March 28th and I want to wear a nice dress for the wedding.
Enough for now. Just doing one day at a time...
