Lifetime of diets... this one is bound to work

Hi guys!

I am a 23 year old grad student which makes weight loss very hard. I am constantly tempted with pizza and cookies. I have been overweight and honestly obese my entire life. I want to be beautiful.

Anyways, I am hopefully going to be starting Ideal Protein soon and could use a lot of encouragement and advice which is why I joined this forum. If you have any advice please let me know!
