2nd time mom ready to get back on track!

Hey everyone! I'm Amber and I'm 29. I have a 4 year old daughter and 4month old daughter. Previously this site helped me get from 225lbs to 159. I got up to 200lbs again during my pregnancy. Now in down to 188, and ready to get back with losing the weight. I look forward to working with you guys again!

Hi welcome! I have just joined today and am in a similar situation as you I have lost quite abit of weight but am now struggling with food guilt that im hoping to overcome with the help of everyone on here.

far from your previous goal weight, that's great! you are doing
