My name is C...pronounce...okay yeah i'm not even going to get into the corny Jay-z intro. Hello my good people on a diet!!!! I'm not really new to the board but I have veered away from it. Hopefully I can keep my buns put and drop some serious poundage.
A brief overview( and I mean brief) Note: I've been big all of my life. It was not until about 4 years ago I hit my highest weight at 292. Within about 5 months of that I got down to 236 lbs. No drugs, no surgeries, just pure exercise and a diet. I pretty much ate Tuna, salad, a pudding cup, crackers and coffee 80% of the time 20% I had pizza and other treats. I worked out maybe a 3 to 4 days a week. After a while I pretty much stalled and had no clue what to do. I became discouraged, and gained about 10 lbs back. I held on to 246 from 2010 until 2013. I slowly gained weight back and by Jan of 2014 I was 261 again. Needless to say a swift "oh **** no" happened and now my butt is back at 246.
I've been holding at 246-250 for about 3 months or so. Lucky for me I know that diet/rest sleep is my problem. Working out?? Not an issue, I promise I'm a beast. However, these two things have hindered me. While I can't change my sleeping habits much (I work night shift 9:30p-6:30a) I can at least monitor my diet. I've gone back to calorie counting and hopefully getting back on this site will inspire me more to make sound choices. I'm not perfect at this, but I'm gonna try. Anywho, Thanks for reading...
