looking for support, tips, and accountability!

Hi everyone!

Long story short... I gained probably over 50 pounds during high school and graduated weighing about 230... graduated college in 2006 weighing about 175. By 2009 I was up to 195 and during the next 5 years life kicked my *** a bit and I hit my all time high of 260. In 2013 I started a diet and lost 5 pounds, but I fell off track. I didn't gain the 5 pounds back though!

So after a doctor's appointment in early July something clicked. I've been eating clean now for over a month and currently weigh about 240.

Looking forward to being a part of the 3FC community!

Maintaining is every bit as tricky as losing weight, so first of all: well done on keeping those 5lbs off. :) You're off to a great first month. That has got to be a powerful motivator.

I think you'll find the Chicks Up For A Challenge group to be great for accountability and good natured competition. Welcome to 3FC, i look forward to bumping into you on the boards!
