Hi everyone! I'm very excited to have found this site. I am currently 230 lbs and 5'8". My FIRST goal is to lose 50lbs. I was recently referred by my dr. to a weight management program at a nearby hospital. My first appointment is Monday and I have been told that it is the Optifast program. I can't wait to get started. I could really use support, I really want to get rid of this weight. I look forward to talking to everyone soon :)
