Looking for support!!!

Hello my name is Jenni I'm 35 have 4 kids 15 5 3 and 2 and have another two step kids 15 and 17. Needless to say I have a busy life lol I have gotten up to a all time high of 250. I've been on a yo yo and want to make this year count. Would love support ;)
