NJ Dieters- Phase 4
 

Hi, I am a 54 yr. old wife and mom of 2, one is 20 yr old young man in college, and the other is a 15 yr old girl going into 10th grade. I have my B.S. in Bus. Management and Economics, w/conc. in I/S. I am disabled so I run a few businesses from home. Any NJ Dieters out there? I am in Phase 4? I am having a hard time making my 1900 calorie goal. I can't believe it is so hard. When you can't eat starches, how do you make up the calories? :) I am especially having trouble with breakfast. I don't want to eat eggs every day.Any pointers?
