Just came across this excellent support forum and knew I needed to join. I am now doing IP and have lost about 11 lbs so far, with a major derailment after losing the first 10 lbs! Been back to clean eating since Sunday and beginning to feel better. Amazing how the emotions and self esteem take a nose dive as soon as I allow suger and bread back into the mix! I am hoping to get into the 140's next week. We shall see...it's slow going for me. Am on thyroid meds and using bio-identical hormones. I've never seen the weight so reluctant to move in my life. Anyway, I am in the right place and very grateful for the support, wisdom and humor I find here! I am looking for a new WOE that is sustainable, tasty and satisfying. Thanks for being here!
