Mom of two little boys struggling to lose weight

I ran across this forum just browsing the web. Looks like there's a lot of positive things going on and wonderful support which I love! I'm looking forward to getting ideas, support and making friends. :)

Another newbie here too. I have two kids so I can appreciate the challenge that is trying to work around them. We can do this! :hug:

Howdy! I have 2 little boys - a 3.5 year old and a 16 month old. One part of my motivation for losing weight is to be able to play with them for more than a few minutes. I was so out of shape when I was up over 200 lbs, but now I dance and run and play a lot.
