I am new to online support and exciteded to be here. Looking for all advice and support from others that are or have been in my boat. I have recently gained some weight back amazing how quick and easy that was. Now to get back on program.

I am looking for advice on the IP diet plan.

Cant wait to make some buddies and offer my support to all.
