Teaming up with my daughter
 

I have a 9 year old daughter that really wants/needs to lose weight so we're on this journey together!

Awww...now that's a good mom! Good luck to you and your daughter. I can say from experience, it's a hard row to hoe growing up overweight. It's a miracle that I don't have serious self-esteem issues from my childhood, and I can't imagine it's much different today than it was then. If anything, it's probably worse. So, kudos to both of you on improving your physical health and your social health.
