Okie dokie. Third time's a charm right? Back in 2007-2008 I lost 60 pounds--wahoo! and promptly gained it all back and more. Last January (2013) I started losing weight again and by October I was down 50 pounds--wahoo! Since then I have gained back 35 of those 50.

Today was a good food day and I did 80 minutes of Zumba (and I'm sore!)--here's hoping that I'm back on the band wagon and the scale moves the other direction tomorrow morning.
