Well I am here to lose weight like a lot of others here =) I have just found out I have Graves Disease (Hyperthyroid) and I am deciding if I do the radio active iodine treatment ( kill my thyroid) I will be Hypothyroid and I am scared to death of gaining even more weight! So... I guess... I don't even know where to begin or what to do or if I am even at the right site... maybe I should belong to a thyroid site I just don't know at this point.
Well I am needing to lose about 60 lbs either way.
