Default Finally had enough...

I have gone through the past 10 years yo-yo'ing with my weight. When I was 175 lbs, i thought I was extremely fat.. but now I WISH I could be 175 lbs again . I'm currently 235 lbs and I cannot believe I let myself go this far. I recently saw photos of myself and could not believe how I looked.

My goal is to get back down to 175 lbs and then work my way down to 145 lbs.

I'm so glad I joined this message board and I hope I find inspiration through all of you amazing women and men!

Hi and welcome I was in the same boat (Still am). I weight 237lbs when I decided to do something about it. I have been going back and forth with weight loss for so many years (as far as 13 years old - I'm currently 28). The smallest I've been is 170 and I was so happy then.. and then I just let it all come back. You can do this. We can do this!

Welcome!!

I'm in the same boat as you... this is my third time at this. I've learned a lot through this process so I feel confident this time around! Just know you are not alone! You can do it!!!

I can totally relate! The first time I got worried about my weight, I was somewhere in 160's. Gosh, I wish I still weighed that!

You can do it! Set yourself mini goals. Every pound lost is a victory

Welcome, asm (and thanks for your warm welcome to me, too)! I like your "on a mission" motto. It is a great way to think of this journey.

Good luck and hope to see you around the forums.
