Hello! Trying to lose last bit of weight...

  • 3 years ago, I was at my heaviest, at 159 lbs. These past years, I've been ever so slowly losing the weight. In January I was down to 128. In the past few months, I gained again and went back up to 135 lbs. I want to go back down to what I was and also lose extra weight to get to my goal weight which is 120 lbs.

    Right now my plan is to:
    - Go for a walk every day
    - Drink 2 cups of green tea per day
    - Eat strict breakfasts and lunches
