Hi, Newbie here

Hello all!

I just joined this forum today. I am a teacher on summer vacation and I'm wanting to look thinner when school starts back. Plus I want to feel better about myself and lower the risk of heath issues I could possibly have.

I am doing weight loss with Metabolic Research Center. I am looking to lose 79 pounds. I have already lost 2.

Looking forward to getting to know you all :)

Welcome. I'm an SLP for the schools and also joined this summer. It's a different challenge in the summer for sure. More time and that's a good thing, but also more time to eat. During the school year I was so busy that I didn't think about eating. Of course then I was so tired that trying to eat healthy was hard and I ate a lot of junk.

Hi I'm Eileen, and new to 3FC. I'm currently in WW, but I haven't been active in it for months. I might go back this weekend. I have prob 120 to lose. I have lost 8 in the last month but that's been due to some mysterious illness we haven't figured out yet. :?: About 16 months ago, I had a bad fall which ruptured several ligaments in my R knee, with some limited permanent disability. The injury was made much worse by my weight, a point the MD never failed to point out at every visit. However, I am trying to be more active, using various fitness monitors, etc. I am looking forward to "meeting" some of you.
